Scott Shine has
been helping buyers find their dream home in one way or another most of his life. The son
of Jean Shine, Scott was recruited periodically in his years growing up in the Ft. Hood
area to assist his mom with her rapidly growing real estate practice. He enjoyed meeting,
talking to, and helping all of Jean's clients so much, that upon his graduation from the
University of Texas at Austin, he decided to join his mom and his cousin, Rodney, as a
full-fledged member of The Shine Team. Scott, a highly trained Buyer's Specialist, knows

Bob Shine is the newest Shine on the Shine Team. A native of Killeen, he is a graduate of Killeen High School and Texas Tech University. Bob worked in accounting for ten years in Houston before returning to Bell County and settling in Temple. He owned Loop 363 Texaco before joining Stroud Security System as Sales Manager. Bob is married to Carol, a Registered Nurse at Scott and White and they have five adult children and two grandchildren. They moved to Belton in 1991. Bob and Carol enjoy all spectator sports, but are NASCAR nuts. Bob has attended Star Power University’s Buyer Specialist Program Bob is dedicated to giving his clients “Super Fantastic Shine Team Service.” |

Carol Rainer joined the Shine Team in 2002. Carol is a native of Gatesville, Texas, with numerous family ties in the Killeen and Gatesville areas. With the exception of eight years, Carol has lived and been in employed as an educator in the Killeen, Copperas Cove and Temple area schools. Carol earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Tarleton State University in Business, a Master of Science degree from Baylor University in Education and Counseling and done post graduate work at Texas A&M Commerce and Tarleton State University. She will excel at providing you absolute "Shine Team Service." |

Allison Winans joined the Shine Team in 1999. Allison specializes in people, communications and office procedures. She makes sure every Shine Team client receives the personal service they deserve. As an Army spouse for 20 years, Allison and family have experienced numerous moves and she fully understands the stress of relocation. Going out of her way to assist clients is nothing new for Allison. She was chosen as the AAFES Sales Associate of the Quarter in Fort Rucker, Alabama and received the 1st Cavalry Division, Fort Hood, Texas Commander's Volunteer of the Year Award. |

Kerstin "Kass" Joslin joined the Shine Team in August of 2000. Originally from Bad Kreuznach, Germany, she and her husband came to Fort Hood from the Command and General Staff College at Fort Leavenworth, KS. Kass does it all - putting up signs, distributing brochures, making document deliveries, as well as vacant house checks for our sellers who have left the area. She is very bright, versatile, efficient and full of energy. She always has a smile and kind word for the people she meets along the way. |

 Bill Shine

Bill Shine joined Jean Shine at the Shine Team,
Inc. in 1999. He brings a lifetime of business experience and community service to
the team. Bill is a life-long resident of Central Texas. In 1967, Bill
graduated from Texas Tech University with a BBA (Marketing). Bill served as an
infantry platoon leader with the First Cavalry Division in Vietnam. He was awarded
the Bronze Star with Oak Leaf Cluster and the Air Medal among other awards. For the
next 30 years, Bill was an Independent Goodyear Dealer operating locations in Killeen,
Copperas Cove and Belton.

Rodney Shine has
been a member of The Shine Team his whole life. A 1985 graduate of Temple High School,
Rodney is very familiar with the entire Bell County area. Rodney attended Texas Tech
University where he earned dual BBA degrees (Accounting and Finance) in May of 1990. After
graduation, Rodney returned to the Temple Area to assume a staff accountant position with
King's Daughters Clinic. Within five years Rodney had advanced to the position of Chief
Financial Officer. In May of 1997, Rodney officially joined The Shine Team as the Office
Manager and Escrow Coordinator. Rodney provides "it's my pleasure" assistance to
make your transactions smooth and effortless.
